Uncle Drosselmeyer has a very special Christmas gift for Marie: A magnificent nutcracker that immediately enthrals her. She stands steadfast by his side during his nighttime battle against the Mouse King. We present E.T.A. Hoffmann’s fairy tale with music by Pyotr Tchaikovsky.
