5 o'clock in the morning. Early-morning group calisthenics. The air is like champagne here! But my neighbour’s dripping sweat again and I can smell it. On an oceangoing ship in the middle of nowhere a strict entertainment regime is bringing people closer together. But that’s not so easy, because one person’s blowing whale is another person’s yucca palm tree - and not even the onboard yoga classes can break down barriers. How much closeness can we put up with? And how much space makes you lonely?

With pieces ranging from “I want to hold your hand” to “Tausendmal berührt”, this line-up of songs humorously examines the tension between the right to space and physical inviolability and the longing for closeness and physical contact.
