BOX OFFICE
The day box office in the Opernhaus is open Monday to Friday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
EVENING BOX OFFICE
The box office opens one hour before the performance. However, we recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance if possible, or clarify your questions about your theatre visit in advance via our hotline to avoid queues on the evening.
Admission
From one hour before the performance admission to the theatre is permitted. Our catering facilities also opens one hour before the performance begins. (Exception: admission for events in the Gluck-Saal and Children’s concerts is 30 minutes before the performance begins).
