David VallsTänzer Young Company (Dancer Young Company)
Born in Spain. Received his education as professional dancer at Centro Danza Prado in Sitges. He com-pleted his schooling at Junior Company of Ballet Classico de Catalunya in Barcelona. He passed through his diploma with honor. After that David Valls joined Images of Dance in London. His first engagement at Sarasota Ballet in Florida (corps de ballet, 2011-2013). He took part in choreographies by George Balanchine (“Diamonds”, “Donizetti Variations” and “Serenade”), Sir Frederick Ashton (“The two pigeons”, “Les Patineurs”, “Valse Nobles et Sentimentales” and “La fille mal gardée”) and much more. In season 2013/2014 he was engaged at the Spanish company LaMov under director Victor Jimenez. He took part in “Sleeping Beauty” and “El Trovadore”. Since season 2014/2015 he took part in pieces of Nuremberg Ballet, such as “Cyrano” und “Cinderella” by Goyo Montero and Ohad Naharin’s “Minus16”. From 2015 until 2017 he was member of the Young Company of Nuremberg Ballet. David Valls is member of the company of the Nuremberg Ballet since season 2017/2018.
